The terms that apply when you use the Credx app and this website.
About these terms
Credx is operated by Credx Nigeria Limited under a state money-lending licence. By creating a Credx account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. Every loan is also covered by our loan terms.
Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your PIN, password and one-time codes to yourself. Credx will never ask for them.
- Tell us straight away through the app or at support@credx.ng if you think someone else has used your account.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. See delete your account.
