Delete your Credx account
You can ask us to delete your account from the app, or by email if you can't sign in.
From the app
- Open Credx and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Delete account, tell us why, and confirm with your password.
Our team reviews the request, and you can see its status in Profile.
By email
Email support@credx.ng from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account” and your registered phone number. We'll confirm it's you before we act on the request.
What happens next
- An account can't be closed while it has a loan that isn't fully repaid or money in the wallet. Repay the loan and move your balance out first.
- We delete your personal data, except records we must keep by law, such as loan and transaction records, which we keep only for as long as the law requires.
