Credx is built so that only you can get into your account, and so we only see what we need to lend responsibly.
Verified identity
Your BVN and NIN are checked when you sign up, so no one else can open an account or borrow in your name.
Transaction PIN
Sending money and other sensitive actions need your PIN. You can change it any time from your profile.
Face ID and fingerprint
Sign in with your face or fingerprint instead of typing a password on a phone others can see.
Your devices, your call
See every device signed in to your account and remove any you don't recognise.
Account recovery
Add a secondary phone number so you can get back in if you lose your main one.
Hands off your phone
We never access your contacts, photos or messages.

My devices shows where you're signed in. Remove any device you don't recognise.
- Your current device is clearly marked.
- Each device shows its location and when it was last active.
- Remove a device and it is signed out.
Report fraud or a suspicious message
Credx will never ask for your PIN, password or one-time codes. If something looks wrong, use the urgent report option in the app or see our support page.
